Is there a minimum order?
We offer low minimums, and there’s no minimum just to get a quote. Start small to test your design, then reorder in larger quantities for a better per-unit price. See our minimum order & bulk pricing guide.
How much do custom labels cost?
Pricing depends on the label type, size, colors, finish, and quantity. Because most of the cost is one-time setup, the price per label drops sharply at higher quantities. The fastest way to know your price is a free quote — see how label pricing works.
Do you offer a proof before production?
Yes. We send a proof for you to review and approve before we produce your order, so you know exactly what you’re getting. Sampling is included.
Artwork & design
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are best because they scale without losing quality. High-resolution PNG or TIFF at 300 DPI also works for printed labels. See our artwork prep guide.
I don’t have print-ready artwork — can you help?
Absolutely. You can lay out your label in our online label generator, or just send what you have and our team will clean up or rebuild the artwork as part of proofing.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
Yes. Provide your Pantone (PMS) color numbers and we’ll match them. For woven labels and embroidery, colors are matched to thread — see thread & Pantone matching.

What’s the difference between woven and printed labels?
Woven labels are woven from thread for a premium, durable feel; printed labels apply ink to a soft base and handle fine detail and many colors. See woven vs. printed labels.
What products do you make?
Custom woven labels, printed labels, tagless heat-transfer labels, hang tags, leather and rubber (PVC) patches, embroidered patches, and rhinestone transfers.
What information is required on a clothing label?
In the U.S., apparel labels generally must show fiber content, country of origin, the manufacturer/importer identity (name or RN), and care instructions. See our clothing label requirements guide.

Do you charge for shipping?
We offer no-charge shipping on orders. Your quote will confirm the details for your specific order.
How long does production take?
We process quotes and orders in about 48 hours, and we’ll give you a production and delivery timeframe with your quote so you can plan around your launch or print run.
Can I reorder the same label later?
Yes. Once your design is approved we keep it on file, so reorders are quick and consistent. Ordering larger quantities on a reorder also lowers your per-unit cost.
