Custom printed labels apply your design onto a base material with ink, so they reproduce fine detail, small text, gradients, and unlimited colors with ease. They’re soft, economical, and ideal for care/content labels and colorful artwork.
Materials & printing
We print on satin acetate, card stock, and other paper-based materials using flexo or rotary stamping. Satin acetate is the most popular — soft, smooth, and elegant. Labels can be loop folded, and you can print up to 2 additional colors. Note: printed labels won’t last as long as woven labels, because woven labels are made from pre-dyed thread.

Great for care & content labels
Printing reproduces small wash care symbols and multiple lines of fabric content clearly, which is why most care labels are printed. We can combine your brand and care info on one label.
Printed vs. woven
Printed wins on detail, color, softness, and price; woven labels win on premium feel and durability. Full comparison: woven vs. printed labels.
Colors
We match your ink to Pantone (PMS) for brand-consistent color — specify coated (C) or uncoated (U). See color matching.
Frequently asked questions
How many colors can I print?
Up to 2 additional colors on standard printed labels, plus the base — and printing handles fine detail woven can’t.
Are printed labels soft against the skin?
Yes, especially on satin acetate — which is why they’re popular for care labels and tagless-style prints.
Do printed labels last as long as woven?
Woven labels last longer (pre-dyed thread). For high-wash garments, many brands pick woven for branding and printed for care info.
